When you commission me a drawing, you automatically accept my Terms!

Please read the terms carefully and attentively!

Payment is made by PAYPAL or KOFI.
The price is always in Dollars ($).
The payment must be complete, unless a payment plan has been agreed.
I do not accept any other payment method, other than those already mentioned.
After ordering a drawing you have 24 hours to make payment.
From 150 dollars I accept payment plans.
In the case of being an Adoption or a character who sells, the payment must be made within 36 hours.
I accept holds in Adoptions and sale of Characters.

From your order and payment of your commission I only give 70% of the refund. (Keep this in mind)
From the sketch I only give 80% of the refund.
I don't accept refunds after the Outlined.
Any changes after the sketch will be added as an extra cost.
In the adoptions and sale of characters there are no refunds at all.

First, for your commission I will need you to send me references or images of the character or characters you want me to draw, in addition to a description of what exactly you want, be as precise as possible please!
And it will be necessary to pay in full to start working.
The commissions start from four to six sections (this depends on each type of commission): SKETCH, OUTLINE, COLORS, DETAILS AND SHADOWS.
I will be sending you previews (WIPS) of the drawing.
The commission will be added to my TRELLO, where you can see the commission process completely!
All commissions will be sent by email.
Once the drawing is finished, no changes will be made to the drawing.
If there is an error in the drawing, the error will be changed and corrected at NO extra cost.
Any information you want about your commission will be found in TRELLO.
If you have a question about your commission, send me a direct message to my social networks.
PLEASE, don't insist too much on many advances so often.

USE OF THE DRAWING (CLIENT)

The drawing is for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed.
As a customer, you can't remove my watermark or signature at all.
It is allowed to put as a profile picture (put credits).
Always put credits of the artist.
It is not allowed to earn money for the drawing, unless you have talked about trade terms.
Don't sell the drawing as yours.
It is not allowed to modify, edit or change the design of the drawing.

USE OF THE DRAWING (ARTIST)

As an artist I will be able to use the drawing as an example of my work and be able to publish it on my social networks, if you do not agree with this let me know!!
The given references or drawings will only be used as a reference and help for the drawing, in the end they will be deleted from my folder.
I can't use your character as mine.
I reverse all copyrights of the character.

All types of art exchange for art are accepted.
The drawing process is the same as that of a commission.
The drawing will not be delivered until both parties are ready. The art trade can only be continued, if the opposite side shows WIPS.

The payment must be complete once the auction is over, unless a payment plan is discussed.
No refunds.
Minor design changes are accepted, no extra cost.
Don't change the gender of the characters.
The character will be sent through ToyHouse.
If the client is not contacted within 24 hours, the adoption will be reopened.
It is not allowed to sell the character for a higher price, only if it has more art.
DON'T OFFER IF YOU CAN'T PAY IMMEDIATELY.

NO discrimination, racism or abuse is accepted here.
NO zoophiles, pedophiles or any other kind of people are accepted.
